At Leche, we want you to love what you ordered. Because our products are shipped directly from our suppliers, we are unable to accept physical returns. However, we are committed to making things right if something goes wrong.

We offer a full refund or free replacement if:

  • Your item arrives damaged or defective
  • You received the wrong item
  • Your order never arrived

To request a refund or replacement: Contact us from the contact page within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We'll resolve it promptly.

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind or accidental orders
  • Delays caused by customs or shipping carriers
  • Minor color variations due to screen differences (as noted in product descriptions)

Refund processing: Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
